At ArrivaDiva we work with artists who are at a point of change, want to broaden their base, or really feel they could do with an energised boost !
We offer an unusual multiplicity of skills besides the usual "getting more and better work". Furthermore, the work relationship with our artist is management-client based, fee-paying as distinct from commission based: and as a result very intensive, month to month, creative and forward moving with each day of work.
We "do" marketing, promotion, project and event-building, sponsor searches, as well as constant PR and publicity. We are also developing new festivals and concert series featuring those we work with. We're 24/7 and endlessly dedicated to getting our artists to the destination point of their extraordinary creative talents as musicians.
Monthly evaluations - in one-to-one meetings - with our artists - is an important part of our work with them. How are we doing - and how are they doing? What do we need to concentrate more on, what could we be doing better?
1 ~ MONTHLY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME :
An intensive month-by-month programme promoting you, based on a work specification we have agreed with you. This includes:
2 ~ YEAR-LONG PURELY PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE :
A highly energetic and dedicated 12-month campaign on your behalf.
Every six weeks we will email a specially prepared newsletter with photographs and information promoting you to an individualised list of relevant promoters, venues and festivals. We will addiotionally send out hard-copy newsletters to many of our clients.
We charge a reasonable one-off signing-on fee for the whole job.
3 ~ ARRIVADIVA SHOWCASE CONCERTS:
Our ArrivaDiva Showcase Concerts are highly visible and first class opportunities will be given to all our monthly management clients to be seen in performance, via showcase concerts currently being organised by ArrivaDiva in London and Amsterdam - with other cities to follow suit next year.
From the Autumn of 2008, subject to final confirmation, the London concerts will take place at the Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair in the heart of the West End: short concerts starting at 5.45pm and ending at 7pm with two artists sharing a one hour event before an invited audience not only of the public, but deliberately of specially invited festival, orchestra, opera and venue managers, coming to watch some sparkling new talent at a convenient time early on in the evening-and to meet them.
Our short term clients will share in a day-long concert taking place in London and in Amsterdam in July 2008.
